Service description

Align-a-Time helps groups find mutually available times. Poll creators use the iOS app. Invitees vote via shared web links without installing the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Spam, harass, or post offensive content in poll names or voter names
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
• Scrape or bulk-access data without permission

Accounts & content

Creators are responsible for polls they create and links they share. Poll content may be visible to anyone with the link. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these terms.

Availability

We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Align-a-Time is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
